[Student Life] AJOU Photo/Video Contest: Your life at Ajou (until May 31st)

The Ajou Photo/Video Contest is open to all international Ajou students.
(One Korean student at Ajou can participate as teammates.)
Contest Schedule
- Online Registration Deadline: Until 23:59 PM, Monday, May 31st, 2021
- Jury Voting Process: Tuesday, June 1st ~ Thursday, June 10th, 2021
- Announcement of Awardees: Friday, June 11th, 2021
- Award Ceremony: Friday, June 11th, 2021
※ The date for the Announcement of Awardees and Award Ceremony can be changed. The awardees will be announced via OIA homepage and contacted individually.
Submit Pre-registration(Click) in order to participate in the contest by 23:59 PM, May 5th, 2021!
Only those who submitted Pre-registration will be screened during the Jury Voting Process.
Choose 1 Topic:
- My favorite place on campus (e.g. cafeteria, library, and etc.)
- My favorite course this semester
- Introducing my Ajou friend (International/Korean)
Only email submission is allowed with the attached application form.
Format
Photo Essay: for fonts and size, please check the guidelines on attached format file.
The photo and essay will need to be separately submitted as JPG/PNG file. Do not include the photos on the Word file. Preferred image resolution is above 300dpi.
Video: up to 3 minutes
If the video is recorded in student’s native language other than English, it must include English subtitles. Subtitles, BGM and etc. can be included in the video but if the video receives an award, the original clean version will be required for submission. Preferred display resolution is above HD 1280X720.
Note
Submitted photo essays and videos will not be returned. All entries of photo essays and videos should not infringe any portrait rights and copyrights. Awards may vary depending on the submitted level and number of entries.

아주 포토에세이•영상 공모전 응모 자격: 아주대학교 외국인 학생
(팀으로 참가할 경우 아주대학교 한국인 학생 최대 1명 참여 가능)
공모일정
- 접수마감: 2021년 5월 31일 (월) 23:59 PM
- 심사일정: 2021년 6월 1일 (화) ~ 2021년 6월 10일 (목)
- 결과발표: 2021년 6월 11일 (금)
- 시 상 식: 2021년 6월 11일 (금)
※ 결과는 국제협력처 홈페이지에 발표 및 개별 통보되며 결과발표일과 시상식 일정은 변경될 수 있습니다.
공모전 참여를 위해 2021년 5월 5일 23:59분까지 사전등록(클릭)을 제출해야 합니다. 사전등록한 작품만 심사 됩니다.
주제 3가지 중 택 1:
- 교내 가장 좋아하는 공간 (예: 학생식당, 도서관 등)
- 이번 학기 가장 좋아하는 수업
- 나의 아주대학교 친구를 소개합니다 (외국인/한국인)
작품은 반드시 신청서와 함께 전자메일 접수만 가능합니다.
응모규격
포토에세이: 폰트와 폰트 사이즈는 첨부파일 내 양식 확인 바랍니다.
원본 사진은 JPG/PNG 파일로 별도 제출(해상도 300dpi 이상), 에세이 파일 내 사진 첨부 불가
영상: 3분 이내, 영어외 언어로 녹화할 경우 영문 자막 첨부 필수
별도의 후가공(자막, BGM 등)은 가능하나 입상 결정 시 클린본을 함께 제출(해상도 HD 1280X720 이상)
제출 시 유의사항
- 접수된 작품은 일체 반환하지 않음
- 모든 응모 작품은 초상권 및 저작재산권 등의 제반 권리를 침해하지 않아야 함
- 출품된 작품 수준과 수에 따라 시상내역은 변경될 수 있음
