[Student Life] 외국인유학생 시간제 취업(아르바이트) 신고/Notice about Part-time Job of International Students

외국인유학생이 한국에서 시간제 취업(아르바이트)을 하기 위해서는 사전에 출입국사무소에 신고를 하고 허가를 받아야 합니다. 최근 법무부에서 불시에 불법취업 단속을 나가 미신고자를 대거 적발하는 경우가 자주 발생하고 있습니다. 시간제 취업 미신고자는 강제출국이나 벌금형을 받을 수 있습니다. 유학(D-2) 및 어학연수(D-4) 비자 자격 소지자는 첨부양식에 유학생담당자의 확인을 받아 출입국사무소에 제출해야 합니다.
▶ 허용시간
- 학부 및 어학연수 과정 : 주당 20시간
- 석·박사 과정 : 주당 30시간
▶ 허용분야 : 통역, 번역, 음식점 보조, 일반 사무보조, 관광안내 보조 등 단순업무
*학교 내 근로장학생이나, 1회성 활동일 경우 신고하지 않아도 됩니다.
▶ 시간제 취업 연장 : 성적이 2.0 이하(출석률 70%이하)로 학업과 취업을 함께 할 수 없다고 판단될 경우 연장 불가
▶ 신청서류 : 여권, 외국인등록증, 신청서(첨부)
International students must register part-time job to immigration office if they want to work. Recently, Ministry of Justice clamped down on illegal employment unexpectedly. They found many employees who worked without registering. Foreigners, who didn’t register their part-time job, could be fined or deported. Foreign students (D-2) and Language course students (D-4) should submit the attached file to immigration office after getting the confirmation of officers in charge.
▶ Allowed time
- Graduate and Language course : 20hours per week
- Master’s and Doctor’s course : 30hours per week
▶ Allowed field : Simple work such as Interpretation, Translation, Assistant of restaurant, General office work, Tour guide and etc. (* Student who works within university and one-time job doesn’t need to register the job.)
▶ Extending part-time job : If student, whose grade is under 2.0 (attendance under 70%), is decided not to be able to do studying and working together, they would be denied to extend their job.
▶ Application documents: passport, Alien Registration Card, Application form(attached)
留学生在韩国做兼职，需要向出入境管理处申请报案。近来，法务部相关文件显示，未申报做兼职等不法行为频频发生。法务部将对非法打工者采取处罚措施--强制遣送回国或罚款。持有D2和D4登陆证的同学，请填写完相关文件，并提交给负责老师确认签字。
▶ 法定时间
- 本科和语言研修课程：每周不超于20小时
- 硕博课程：每周不超于30小时
▶ 适用范围 : 口译，笔译，饭店兼职，公司业务辅助，导游等工作
*学校内做助教或短期活动辅助时，无需申报
▶ 申报延期：成绩低于2.0（出勤率70%以下）者，不能继续做兼职
▶ 申请材料 :护照，外国人登陆证，申请书（附件）
